Some staff members were attentive.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. My first room had a broken door and an unkempt bathroom with debris everywhere. I also encountered bugs . The noise from the attached bar.

The room was great-sized, and updated, with central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave I needed. The attached restaurant was good with a great selection of meals in the menu.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

The property's location was nice, in the middle of jackson. The room was a nice size and brand-new on the balcony until 4am included.

A night filled with surprises

The location is convenient, and the room had a decent size with an unexpectedly large shower. It was a relief to have a comfortable bed after a long day exploring Reading.

Unfortunately, the noise from the bar next door made it difficult to sleep past midnight, and I had issues activating the door key, frustrating and time-consuming.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great shower. The breakfast was small but adequate. The heater was working perfectly during a cool night. A good experience!

I loved relaxing in my clean, comfy room after a full day exploring nearby spots like the Fairground Farmer's Market, just a short walk away, and the Pagoda, offering fine views of the area.

Had a blast at Cafe Sweet Street and Go Fish Seafood while munching on good Singapore noodles! Plus, the bar/lounge area was a cool surprise with its vibe.

The ac unit was banging all night, and the entry door slammed shut frequently. Bonus, we had to walk outside to enter the restaurant, and the pool was covered-talk about a letdown!

Loved the spacious suite with a kitchenette. The night was rough with noisy neighbors partying on the balcony until 4am. They need to step up on securing the side entrance 😩

The overall cleanliness was questionable, contributing to an uncomfortable stay. Breakfast was disappointing with lukewarm coffee and inedible prepackaged items.
